  • Who is Tech Hourly?
    Tech Hourly was founded in 2018 and since has grown to cover 30 cities. We provide installation of technology in both homes and businesses. While Tech Hourly can provide a single installation service per visit we are also uniquely qualified in the marketplace to take on larger jobs consisting on a whole house or office full of technology. Each Technician is background/drug checked and arrives ready to work with the necessary tools and ladders. We are the low price leader and don't believe in hidden pricing schemes employed by big box stores or other service providers. Upfront affordable pricing and an excellent installation is what Tech Hourly is all about.

  • Does Tech Hourly perform work for homes and businesses?
    The answer is YES! We can help you with Tech installation for both your home or your business. To book please just use this link and describe the work you would like done. Booking Link:
  • How do I know when the technician will arrive?
    All appointments have 2-Hour Arrival Windows so for example: if you book an appointment for 10:00am that means the technician should arrive between 10:00am-12:00am. The technician typically calls prior to arrival but may not if they are already near your address from their previous appointment.
  • Once I have an appointment, how can I contact Tech Hourly?"
    You can email us at, use the chat box in the bottom right side of our website or call us at 1-833-Hourly1.
  • Do I need to be present during my installation?
    Yes, someone 18 or over needs to be at the location for the duration of the appointment. That person will also be expected to remit payment at the end of the service prior to the technician leaving that day. The technician will use our mobile payment system to accept credit or debit cards at the end of the visit for the time worked on-site plus any materials used.
  • What does it cost?
    Our fee is based on the time we are there plus any materials you decided to buy, if you decide to buy any. Please use this link to see pricing:
  • How do I pay?
    We accept debit or credit cards. The technician takes payment using our mobile payment system at the end of the visit before leaving.
  • How do I reschedule?
    When you originally schedule you will receive a confirmation email. In that email there is a link to reschedule. You can reschedule up to 24-Hours prior to your appointment. Cancelations with less than 24-hour notice incure a $49 cancelation fee.
